DMK sets new standards in cooperative milk production, processing and marketing. While retaining the cooperative structure, DMK combines the capacities, experience and market shares of the merged partners Humana Milchindustrie GmbH and NORDMILCH GmbH.
The cooperatives will continue to act as the parent companies and be responsible for the production of the raw milk. DMK is responsible for the cooperatives' business operations.
The company's registered office is in Zeven (Lower Saxony), the place of management is Everswinkel (North Rhine-Westphalia).
